More than a month ago , I  got some trouble with my working speed due to regular migraines. It limits me to work on my desktop. Until recently, a friend of mine visited me and he suggested I should put some artificial tears or eyedrops. I might have develop dry eyes / eye strain due to long exposure to computer screen for years. I took it and it indeed gave me temporarily relief  but some pain still occurs. I also have some temporary reliefe during gym sessions. Last week, I remembered I  have an eye glass that I use when I was an office employee. It helped out a bit but it seems that my brains wanted me to wear it all the time for 3 days and gives me uncomfortable feeling. I forgot there is still google and used it. So I tried to minimized the brightness of my screen, I blinked all the time and it works now since I don't need to wear my eyeglass again which interrupts on my visual approach. I am having some regular tears from time to time which I kinda miss. Ah,  simple solutions are always the best. >.<

Wear UV sunglasses and default you screen settings. 

Try it and let me know how it works.

Thank you for the advise! I will have to look for that. Since my headaches or migraines is indeed cause by my eyes due to my monitor.
I also forgot to install a screen protector since I bought my new LCD for more than a year. lol
