Okay, I'm not an artist myself, so I can only give my impressions. I'm assuming a workflow is intended to show the process from sketch to finished work.
In that case I have to say this does do a very good job of that. Especially over in the area of the wings you get a sense for how you built the sketch skeleton of this work.
I certainly have a very good impression of how her body moves as adverse the clothing, and can see the lines that form the outline of her legs and arms counter to the wrinkles of her dress/robe. I also like the way her eyes are moved to the side as if looking back in the direction she has come from, or else in a perpendicular direction to where she is going.
It gives a sense of consideration to the character.
Also, the way it fades into the darker inks is fairly interesting as well. Since her forward portions are fainter than her rear portions, it is almost as if she is fading out of existence as she moves forward. Combined with the facial expression you wonder if she is considering another direction in life than the one she is now taking.
