This is Herricane (the one blue outfit and handling the lightning) fighting againts her counterpart Wherlwynd (the one on red outfit and was carried by, uh wind.hehe)

Done the lineart via ordinary pencils only.Adjusted levels in photoshop and converted it to Bitmap mode. RGB mode when colored. Colored done in Photoshop , pentablet, textures, filters, layer effects, brushes (80,20). Done around 6hours.
